1. Who can participate?

The "Green Neighborhoods 2026" process is open to all residents of the Municipality, regardless of citizenship status.

• Voting: You must be at least 16 years old to vote on the budget.

• Proposing: Any registered user can submit a proposal.

• Verification: To cast a final vote, you may be asked to verify your account via SMS code to ensure one vote per person.

2. Code of Conduct

We encourage open debate, but we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.

Your content will be moderated or hidden if it contains:

• Hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind.

• Personal attacks against other participants or municipal staff.

• Commercial promotion (spam) or unrelated links.

• Private information (phone numbers, addresses) of yourself or others.

Moderators reserve the right to ban users who repeatedly violate these rules.

3. How we use your data (GDPR)

We believe in transparency.

• Public Data: Your username, your proposals, and your comments are public and visible to everyone.

• Private Data: Your email address, phone number, and real name (if used for verification) are never shared publicly.

• Data Retention: All voting data is anonymized after the process ends.
