What are Proposals?
"The Idea Box" This is the heart of participation. Here, you can create a specific request for action (e.g., "Build a park here") or support ideas created by others. Proposals can receive endorsements (likes) to show community support, and they often move to a voting phase where the best ideas are selected for implementation.
Best for: Submitting a concrete idea or supporting your neighbors' ideas.
