What is a Page?
"Information Board" A Page is simply a static document. It doesn't allow for comments or voting. It is where you go to read essential information that doesn't change often, such as the "Rules of Procedure," "Terms and Conditions," or background history of a project.
Best for: Reading the rules, guides, and static info.
