Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

IDEAL has a zero-tolerance policy for content depicting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or soliciting any content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

2. Reporting: Any user can report inappropriate content using the “Flag” (Report) feature located on every proposal, comment, and debate within the IDEAL Platform.

3. Enforcement: If we identify any content containing CSAM:

• The content will be removed immediately.

• The user account will be permanently suspended.

• We will report the incident and related data to the appropriate legal authorities and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
